Anthony Ives has a financial background having worked for various public pension funds and private money management funds over the past 25 years. He co-managed equity funds for the State of California and was the head of the trading desk at a private fund in Oakland, California. He also co-founded a nonprofit in Honduras that concentrates on education and job creation primarily focused with women and indigenous communities after having served in the U.S. Peace Corps in 2003-2005. He obtained his MBA from California State University, Sacramento and is fluent in Spanish.
Billy Ives has a background in mechanical engineering and is our master grower. He has vast experience in grow operations and in strain management. Billy spent much of his early life in Germany where he lived for 10 years. He is fluent in German. He moved back to Washington State and grew product for the medicinal marijuana community where he became well known as an astute and knowledgeable grower, developing and maintaining strains over a period of seven years. He is well versed in extracts and concentrates and has an extensive knowledge of processing and extraction equipment. Billy is a veteran of the United States Navy.
Jacob “Jake” Moise, homegrown in the Pacific Northwest, is a business graduate from Western Washington University with an old-school work ethic. He started working young, has owned and managed a service business, and has been involved in the marijuana industry for years. He strives for customers who can rely on specialized service as well as superior products. In his spare time, he likes to play sports, camp, and wrench and drive his vintage Syncro Vanagon.
An interesting innovator has recently taken Washington’s recreational marijuana community by storm.
Angelo also known as “L.O.” , a 10 year veteran of California’s medical marijuana community, has dedicated his life to diligently searching for strains that relax, rectify, and remedy the mind. Volunteering his time at many collectives in California has given him a heightened awareness of illness and the importance of cannabis to patients and recreational users alike. As a new member of the Pacific Northwest and a visionary of cannabis, Angelo plans to use his experience in these areas to facilitate not only a healthy product, but one with the highest quality standards for the Northwest Pearl consumer. With his impeccable work ethic and meticulous attention to detail Angelo has quickly solidified his position and his contribution to cannabis in the many years to come.
New to growing but not to cannabis “Chuck” is fast learner and keeps a meticulous attention to detail. His knowledge in electrical, construction and plumbing make him a jack of all trades and a substantial asset to the Northwest Pearl family. By applying his background knowledge and particular skillset Chuck has been able to develop new constructs and techniques to take our production to the next level.
Daniel is a homegrown Shelton resident. He has unique abilities, which makes him versatile in the business. Not only did Daniel help build the physical infrastructure for Northwest Pearl but he has also managed the entire trimming team. Now he is a dedicated grower for the operation.
Justin manages the packaging team, which includes interfacing with the traceability system and verification of accuracy of all products leaving the facility. His attention to detail makes him a valuable member of the Northwest Pearl team.
